Feedback Loop

Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 2, 2026

Feedback Loop ("we," "us") is an initiative by Curioso Corp that helps people exchange honest, anonymous feedback. This page explains what we collect, how we use it, and the promises we make about it. We have tried to write it the way we write everything else here: plainly.

What we collect

How anonymity works here

Anonymity is the core of the product. Answers to feedback requests are rewritten and combined by AI into a single summary, and summaries only unlock after a minimum number of people respond — so no individual answer can be traced back to the person who wrote it. The person who asked for feedback never sees your name or your original words unless you explicitly choose to reveal yourself.

Revealing is per answer and always yours to make. You can reveal one answer and leave the rest anonymous, and nothing is revealed by default. Because an answer without an account has no name behind it, choosing to reveal is also the moment we ask you for one — see “contact details you choose to attach to an answer” above. Answers you leave anonymous stay anonymous permanently: they are rewritten before anyone reads them, and there is no later step that can undo that.

How we use your information

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with third parties for their marketing. Feedback content is never used for advertising.

Text messages (SMS)

Service providers

We rely on a small set of processors to run Feedback Loop: infrastructure hosting, a content delivery network, an email delivery service, a text-messaging provider, an AI provider that generates summaries, and an analytics service that helps us understand how the product is used (it receives interaction events tied to a random internal number — never your words, your name, or your email). Each receives only what it needs to do its job, and none may use your information for their own purposes.

Retention and deletion

Your data — including drafts and activity records — is kept while your account is active. Deleting your account removes your profile and content from the live service; some records may persist for a time in archives and backups before aging out, and anonymized, aggregated summaries that no longer identify anyone may persist.

How to delete your data. Sign in and open your Account page, then choose to delete your account — this removes your profile, your loops and their summaries, and your drafts. This is the same path whether you signed up with an email address or through Google, Apple, or Facebook. If you cannot sign in, or you would rather we did it for you, email [email protected] from the address on the account (or tell us which sign-in provider you used) and we will delete it for you and confirm by reply. Answers you gave to other people stay anonymous and stay with them — they were rewritten and merged before delivery, so they cannot be traced back to you or removed individually.

Your choices

Children

Feedback Loop is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If this policy changes in a way that matters, we will note it here with a new date. Using the service after a change means the updated policy applies.
