Feedback Loop ("the service," "we," "us") is an initiative by Curioso Corp for exchanging honest, anonymous feedback. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms. They are short on purpose — please actually read them.
Feedback Loop lets you request feedback from people you choose, answer requests from others, and receive AI-generated summaries that combine responses so no individual answer is identifiable. The service keeps evolving: features may change, and occasional interruptions are possible.
The service exists for honest communication with care. You agree not to use it to:
We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules. Anonymity protects honest feedback; it is not a shield for abuse — senders of unrequested feedback always have accounts, and reports are reviewed.
We design the service so feedback cannot be traced to its author: responses are rewritten, combined, and only released in aggregate. However, no system can prevent someone from being identified by what they themselves write. Choose your words with that in mind.
If you add a phone number or invite someone by text: sign-in codes are sent only when requested, invitations are sent only to numbers an account holder personally enters, message frequency varies with use, and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of texts at any time, or HELP for help. Details are in the Privacy Policy.
You own what you write. You grant us the license needed to operate the service — to store, process, anonymize, summarize, and display your content as the product requires. We do not use your content for advertising.
The service is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. AI summaries are interpretations, not verdicts — they can be imperfect, and they are not professional, medical, or legal advice. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you have paid us in the twelve months before the claim (currently: nothing — the service is free).
You can delete your account at any time from the Account page. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms. Sections that by their nature should survive (your content license for already-anonymized summaries, disclaimers, liability limits) survive.
We may update these terms; meaningful changes will be noted here with a new date. Continuing to use the service after a change means the updated terms apply.
