Text Messaging (SMS) Program & Opt-In

Last updated: August 13, 2026

Feedback Loop (trustloop.me) is an initiative by Curioso Corp for exchanging honest, anonymous feedback. This page documents our SMS program: what we send, exactly how people opt in, and how to opt out. The in-product opt-in forms are reproduced verbatim below.

We send two kinds of text message, and nothing else — no marketing, no promotions, no recurring messages:

1 · Sign-in codes: how users opt in

A user may optionally add their own mobile number to sign in by text instead of email. Providing a phone number is optional; every feature works with email instead, and SMS consent is never a condition of using the service. The code is sent only when the user taps the button. This is the form as it appears in the product:

Sample message:

Feedback Loop: Your sign-in code is 482913. It expires in 10 minutes.

2 · Feedback invitations: how recipients are contacted

An account holder can invite a specific person they know to answer their feedback questions. The account holder personally types that individual's number into the form below; each entry produces one invitation text, sent from our number. Recipient numbers are used only to deliver that invitation — they are never added to any list, and no further messages are sent unless the account holder personally invites that person again. Every message includes opt-out instructions, and STOP is honored automatically and immediately.

Sample message:

Jordan invited you to share honest, anonymous feedback on Feedback Loop (5 questions, ~3 min): https://trustloop.me/?r=a1b2c3 Reply STOP to opt out.
